Here at Zero Waste in a Box we are finding new ways to ignite community creativity to reduce waste and create the circular economy.
We are a social enterprise and our profits are reinvested in achieving more impact. We are working in partnership with communities, local authorities and innovators to:
- build a network of people who reduce their own waste and take action in their communities, learning new skills and creating community cohesion
- co-create community action on waste which spreads the waste reduction message and constructively challenges barriers, supporting people in researching the issues, designing campaigns and practical action
- develop a community waste prevention service for local authorities, to demonstrate measurable reductions in waste through investment in community action.
